Which is Stronger? Stomach Acid or Battery Acid

Stomach acid is also known as hydrochioric acid. It is one of the most acidic substances known. It's more acidic than lemon juice or vinegar. It is also more acidic than sulfuric acid, which is known as Battery Acid! This is why it is a good reason to keep stomach acid out of your esophagus.

Eat Smart. Stick to foods that you know will not trigger heartburn

Drink smart. Avoid drinks that are known to trigger heartburn: alcoholic, caffinated or carbonated

Toss your smokes. If you can't quit, at least cut down on the number of cigarettes you smoke.

Breathe deeply. Concentrate on relieving stress by breathing deeply from your stomach, not your chest.

Stretch and relax. Stand up and stretch each of your muscle groups and focus on releasing the tension in every part of your body.

Exercise and enjoy it. Staying active can help make you feel much better.

Smile and laugh. It's a great way to calm down and keep stress and symptoms away.

Kara,
Thanks for stopping by. I'm a bit confused by your comment..you said you've experienced both, but ended your comment saying you haven't figured out the battery acid and will get back to me.
Sorry to hear you had an episode. I hope you are feeling much better.

Hi Nice BLog you will realize that way to quit smoking is all about changing perspective. Quite simply, if you can learn how to see smoking the way a happy non-smoker sees it, then you can find it every easy to stop.
