Which is Stronger? Stomach Acid or Battery Acid
Stomach acid is also known as hydrochioric acid. It is one of the most acidic substances known. It's more acidic than lemon juice or vinegar.It is also more acidic than sulfuric acid, which is known as Battery Acid! This is why it is a good reason to keep stomach acid out of your esophagus.
Eat Smart. Stick to foods that you know will not trigger heartburn
Drink smart. Avoid drinks that are known to trigger heartburn: alcoholic, caffinated or carbonated
Toss your smokes. If you can't quit, at least cut down on the number of cigarettes you smoke.
Breathe deeply. Concentrate on relieving stress by breathing deeply from your stomach, not your chest.
Stretch and relax. Stand up and stretch each of your muscle groups and focus on releasing the tension in every part of your body.
Exercise and enjoy it. Staying active can help make you feel much better.

I dont belive any of this,i did alot of research on stomach acid,and battery and i've also experienced both,and i have to say stomach acid is painful in the stomach but battery is painful in urine,i actually came close to an ulcer,it lasted 2 months til i decided to get it treated,still havent figured out the battery acid but ill get back to u on that.
